NOW RECRUITING NEW MEMBERS IN OUR LITTLE DRAGONS & JUNIOR (4-12 yrs) AND ADULT (13 yrs+) CLASSES

CLASS INFORMATION
We offer a variety of class options suitable for all ages and abilities, training in modern, safe and secure facilities.
LITTLE DRAGONS
We practice martial Arts Drills, Physical
& Mental Development, Confidence
Building, Discipline and Respect, Life
and Safety Skills (Stranger Danger).

Co-ordination, Concentration and Agility in a Fun and Safe Environment
(Instructors are DBS police checked.)
​
Our Little Dragons learn and achieve all these valuable skills by channeling their energy in a positive manner and
boosting self confidence.
Starting at 6.00 p.m.
AGES 4-7
CADET CLASSES
AGES 8-12
Incorporating Life Skills, Discipline and Control through Social Interaction, Respect and Courtesy towards others, Setting Goals and Achieving them, Improved Concentration and Co-ordination, Non-Violent Self Defence Techniques, Confidence with Bully or Gang Situations.
Our Cadets learn to be Victors not victims, by standing up to bullies. They respect their elders, family members, teachers and learn to say “I can” to academic achievements.
Starting at 6.00 p.m.
Also available during the winter months....
TERRAIN TRAINING (by invite only)
7.00am - 9.00am
Traditional Martial Arts Principles, Discipline, Respect and Honour, Self Defence, Fitness, Flexibility, and Weight Loss, Cardio Vascular and Toning Exercises, Meditation for Mind,
Body and Spirit, Stress Relief and to Achieve Personal Goals.

Care is taken to ensure safety and progress of each individual and progress is made at your own pace according to your ability whilst meeting new people in a friendly environment.
